In case you were wondering:

While searching for information I ACTUALLY needed (and that was no where to be found on the USPS site) I came across this:

How to address a letter to Santa (or God)

"The USPS will see that the letter is received at the proper place. Please ensure to include the return address on the letter itself!"

listen,

they need to ahve some way to scam little kids(or adults of all sizes I suppose) into using postage for letters that don't need to be delivered... right?

so would it get returned to you then (or rather to the parent)? Or would it just go to a junk pile?

true

it's totally true that a couple of years ago i wondered how my folks got the letters to santa that i popped in the mailbox across the street from home - but i always got things that were on my list! (well, often) so - but still, how did they know?

or was i as good at keeping secrets then as i am now? hmm- i bet that's the answer.

will there be a hug sometime soon?
